What we offer:
- $110k - $130k Annual salary (based on experience)
- Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week
- Fixed term, Full-time work (Rotating roster that may include occasional weekends and night shifts)

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise nursing staff: scheduling, training, and evaluations.
- Ensure Compliance with healthcare regulations and aged care standards
- Implement nursing policies and collaborate to enhance resident care
The ideal candidate will ideally have:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with BSN required, MSN preferred
- 5+ years of nursing experience in NZ, 2+ in a leadership role, preferably in Aged Care
- Strong Knowledge of healthcare regulations and aged care standards
- Ability to excel under pressure in a fast-paced environment
