Ōamaru Hospital

  • Salary band - $76,442 - $107,000 p.a, pro-rata, Kiwisaver.
  • Permanent, full-time (1.0 FTE), 40 hours per week

Mō te tūranga - About the role:

  • Focus on occupational therapy assessment and intervention
  • Develop knowledge and expertise in rehabilitation with a range of conditions including but not limited to orthopaedic, neurological and more general age related deconditioning
  • Collaborate as part of an interprofessional team members, to plan and provide patient-centred rehabilitation
  • Provide both inpatient and community occupational therapy services to the Waitaki Region
  • This role is predominantly based on the inpatient ward but will also cover the community
  • Join a well-developed, ongoing support and professional development programme
  • Access to course and conference funding with training opportunities across the district
  • Delve into a rural inter-disciplinary setting

Utu whānui - Salary range

This role belongs to the Allied, Public Health, Scientific, and Technical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and falls between Step 1 ($74,842 p.a) and Step 8 ($107,000 p.a).
