Location:  Level 3, BNZ Tower, 14 Hartham Place, Porirua

Service:   Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) - Porirua

Contract:  Permanent, Full Time

Salary:  $77,087 - $110,210

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

CAMHS teams provide specialist mental health services for children and adolescents between the ages of birth and 19 years (inclusive) with indicators of significant mental health problems.  If you are the successful applicant, you will become an integral part of support young people and their whanua/family.  You will help provide assessments and interventions that help our client group achieve their goals.  CAMHS is committed to the use of the CAPA model which is a continuous service improvement model that combines personalised care and collaborative practice when partnering with service users and/or their whanau.

All our community mental health teams are filled with progressive dedicated clinicians.  We have a close knit and cooperative team and create a bright and positive workspace.  This allows for collaboration and positive outcomes for our clients and their family. 

Moū - About you

You will be a registered Occupational Therapist with an up-to-date annual practicing certificate.  Experience in mental health assessment and interventions would be beneficial.
