From humble beginnings 90 years ago, our client employs over 120 staff across operations in NZ, Australia, and Thailand. They are a globally competitive premium chain supplier and contract manufacturer. Possessing over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and assembling machine-made and hand-made chains for leading retail, wholesale, and manufacturing customers.
The Role
This role operates 8:0am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
- Manage queries or issues directly with customers
- Maintaining requirements for Responsible Jewellery Council
- Booking and completing jobs for metals
- Support sales team and liaising with other departments
- Maintain client accounts
- Accurate completion of data entry
- Process returns and dispatching goods
- Assisting across general office duties
The Ideal Candidate
The role would be perfect for someone looking for stability and an engaging role with lots of opportunities to learn about the industry and expand your knowledge within the role. A bit of interest or expertise in sales could be helpful as there is opportunity to engage with the bullion sales team as well.
- Confident with numeric accuracy (a fair bit of percentage work) and data entry
- Ability to adhere to process, rules, and regulations
- Experience invoicing and calculating rates
- Experience in office duties and administrative work
- An Interest or experience in Metals/Jewellery would be great
- Familiarity with Responsible Jewellery Council requirements
- Confident with strong and knowledgeable customers
