What will you be doing | Ngā whainga 

As the Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Auckland and Wellington offices run smoothly and efficiently and our whānau feel supported. The role is busy and diverse; and includes facilities management, general office administration, arranging travel, processing invoices and expenses, and supporting office events.

We are looking for an admin superstar!

  • Previous office coordination experience including efficient and safe running of offices with good systems in place.
  • Experience working with finance systems.
  • High degree of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional people skills.
  • Adapts well to changing priorities
  • Brings a can-do proactive attitude and a collaborative and flexible approach
  • Good with using systems and Microsoft suites.
