The Role: 

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager. This part-time role will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks and accounts are completed efficiently. 

  • Manage all accounting functions up to trial balance, including payroll 
  • Work with the business owner to assist with budgeting and forecasting 
  • Maintain accurate records of jobs and ensure accurate job costing 
  • Oversee the maintenance and organisation of the office and its facilities 
  • Manage office supply ordering and inventory control 
  • Fleet management for all company vehicles 
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required 

 About You: 

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar accounts role 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficient in using office software, including the Microsoft Office suite 
  • Proficient in accounts up to trial balance 
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently 
  • Knowledge of office management best practices and procedures
