Job Description

Office Manager – Permanent Part Time
  • 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Mix of finance administration, database management and EA/Admin support.
  • Hybrid flexible working offered; Wellington based
  • Up to $75K salary pro rata for part time hours
This varied role is an excellent opportunity to utilise your broad range of skills and experience.  As Office Manager, you will be supporting a team who are located across New Zealand.  This role provides key operational support in accounts payable and receivable, budget tracking, reconciliation and reporting.  Along with database management, responding to queries and EA/administration support including calendar and meeting organisation and booking of travel.

What will you bring?
  • Proven experience in Office Management or similar roles.
  • Accounting support, accounts payable and receivable and bookkeeping knowledge including budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Highly organised with proven time management and planning experience.
  • Technically savvy, confident using MS Suite and Xero along with the ability to pick up new systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong administrative experience including meeting coordination and diary management.
