Job Description

We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Administrator to join our clients friendly team based in Christchurch. This permanent role will provide you with the opportunity to work within a dynamic fast-paced environment, while utilising your experience with XERO, accounts payable, and organisational skills.

About the role

Our client runs luxury accommodation throughout New Zealand. They are urgently needing an experienced administrator for a role which include the following:

- Running accommodation bookings
- Accounts work
- Ordering consumables and fittings for the accommodation
- Dealing with queries and issues from customers
- Managing accounts payable

This role will be between 30 - 36 hours per week, with additional on-call work every second weekend to handle any queries or issues that may arise.

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • XERO experience
  • Excellent Organisational Skills
  • Experience managing Accounts Payable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to help out in other areas when required
