The role:
In a key role within the organisation, you will ensure the seamless operation of a busy office while supporting operations with your proficient coordination and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily office operations including the scheduling of jobs to on-site workers
- Order materials, apply for power connections and council inspections
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Assist in development and maintenance of H&S procedures and workplace policies
- Support the onboarding of new employees
- Coordinate training and development activities
Skills and experience:
- Experience within an operational or administrative role in the electrical or construction industries, essential
- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency with Simpro or similar job / project management software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities
