Full-time permanent position located in the heart of Auckland CBD. Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000 along with wellness benefits.
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional ready to make a real difference in a fast-paced environment? In the role of Group Operations Manager, you will be key to the smooth daily operations of the recruitment businesses - Assemble, BrightSpark and Co legal.
In this role, you will manage financial administration, support office functions, and foster a positive work culture across multiple locations.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Group Office Management: Ensure both Auckland and Christchurch offices operate smoothly, providing a productive and supportive workplace across all three businesses.
- Accounts Administration: Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance for each company.
- Financial Oversight: Provide overall oversight of financial processes, ensuring financial alignment with the group’s strategic goals.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding and backend HR operations, delivering a seamless experience for new hires across all three businesses.
- Direct Reporting: Lead and support one direct report, the Operational Administrator, nurturing their development and ensuring smooth operational alignment across the group.
- Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes.
- IT Management: Oversee IT performance across multiple locations, ensuring systems are functioning effectively and supporting operational needs.
- Event Coordination: Organise internal events that strengthen team collaboration and culture within each business and across locations.
