Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Outbound Callcentre Agents, to join us in an incredibly exciting opportunity, partnering with American based company Technology Advice.

Based in Nashville; Tennessee, Technology Advice connect technology buyers in with the world's leading sellers of business technology, via a busy schedule of outbound sales calls.

Working remotely from your home office, you will be confident in objection handling and rebuttal strategies, pushing past the no' to drive calls forward, and identifying sales opportunities with potential leads.

Hours of work:
This is a remote working position on a temporary basis, which can extend longer-term for the right candidates.

There are two shift patterns:
  • Calling into America; Tuesday - Saturday: 1am - 9am. Immediate start available
  • Calling into NZ & Australia; Monday - Friday, shifts between 8am - 7pm. Expression of interest for future roles
Responsibilities:
  • Performing outbound B2B lead generation efforts over the phone, identifying qualified sales leads from cold-calls
  • Undertaking scripted phone conversations, articulating the technical and business benefits of our clients products and services
  • Handling objections and rebuttals to ensure call-flow is uninterrupted
  • Building rapport within a short timeframe, to secure sales outcomes
  • Analysing scripts and live calls, looking for innovative solutions to ensure call campaigns remain efficient
Skills and experience required:
  • Experience in a lead generation, cold-calling, or fundraising role
  • Confident in objection handling and rebuttal strategies
  • Target driven, with the ability to persevere and push past the no' to achieve the end goal
  • An energetic phone manner, someone who is able to quickly build rapport
  • Experience working in a high-volume outbound call centre (you will be making between 150 - 250 calls per day)
Tech requirements:
In order to support the necessary systems to work remotely, the following minimum requirements for a laptop/desktop computer are required:
  • Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Pro, or Mac OS (Windows 10 Home S Mode and Chromebooks do not meet the requirements)
  • Intel i3 processor or comparable
  • 8GB of RAM
  • 250GB of hard drive storage
  • 1920 x 1080 Display Resolution
  • A headset and second screen would be an advantage for your efficiency in this role
