Job Description
Location: North Shore
Start Date: 16th September (possibly earlier)
Contract Duration: Until the end of November
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $26.44 + 8% holiday pay
About the Role:
Join a medical device companu as part of our outbound call centre team, where you'll focus on customer care. You'll be following up on warm leads from potential customers who have signed up through events, online tests, or in-clinic visits. Your role will involve booking appointments at their clinics, answering questions from existing clients, and assisting with repairs or inquiries.
This is a high-volume position, making over 100 calls a day, with a target of converting around 18 of those into appointments.
What are they Looking For:
- Over the phone Customer Service or Contact Centre expeirence is prefered, so you can hit the ground running
- Empathetic and patient, especially when speaking to clients with hearing difficulties
- Resilient and motivated to keep moving forward with calls, eager to engage with new people
- This isnt a sales role but you are looking to convert the calls to appointments so having the drive to meet these KPI's
