Outbound sales representative | Appointment Setting (Temp)
Location:
North Shore
Hours:
40 hours/week, Monday– Friday | 8:30m – 5pm
Assignment length –
ASAP star for 3 months
Pay:$26.44 per hour + 8% holiday pay
We’re looking for an outgoing and empathetic individual to join the Outbound Customer Care Specialists team of a healthcare company.
This isn’t a hard sales role, but there is
a salesy element—your goal is to book appointments by building relationships and ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
- Work in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Start immediately and make a real difference in people’s lives.
- Making over 100 outbound calls per day (50+ successful conversations).
- Following up on warm leads (e.g., from online/iPad hearing tests or trade shows) and booking 18+ clinic appointments
- Reconnecting with existing customers who may need repairs or have questions about their hearing.
- Encouraging customers to take action while providing exceptional service and support.
- Balancing the sales-focused element with a strong emphasis on empathy and customer care.
- Ideally has worked in an outbound call centre or telesales role previously
- Thrives in a high-volume, goal-oriented role and enjoys achieving results.
- Stays motivated and excited to engage with every call, even when it’s repetitive.
- Can learn new systems
