Are you a people person with an outgoing personality and a knack for building relationships? We are working with a medical device company who is looking for you to join their outbound call centre, focusing on customer care and support!
About the Role:
In this high-volume position, you'll be following up on warm leads and booking appointments for their clinics. Whether it's reaching out to individuals from trade shows/ events or those who've completed online forms, your role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You'll also keep in touch with existing clients, addressing their questions and assisting with repairs.
What they are looking for:
- Outbound Customer service or sales experience
- A relationship builder, this is not a pushy sales role, but you do have KPI’s you want to meet.
- Empathy and patience—essential for connecting with clients who may have hearing difficulties
- Resilience to keep going through repetitive tasks, you’re going to hear people are not interested but keep on going and maintain enthusiasm.
- Location: Northshore
- Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
- Pay:$26.44 + 8% holiday pay
- Assignment: Until the 1st November
- Start Date: ASAP
