Are you a natural communicator with a vibrant personality and a talent for fostering connections? We’re partnering with a medical device company that’s eager to welcome you to their outbound call center, where you’ll play a key role in customer support!
About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you'll engage with warm leads to schedule appointments for clinics. Your outreach will include following up with individuals from trade shows or those who have filled out online inquiries. Your efforts will ensure our customers have a seamless and positive experience. Additionally, you'll maintain relationships with existing clients, answering their questions and assisting with repairs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in outbound customer service or telesales, fundraising or something similair
- A genuine relationship builder; this isn’t a hard-sell environment, but meeting KPIs is part of the role
- Empathy and patience—crucial for connecting with clients who may have hearing impairments
- Resilience to tackle repetitive tasks with enthusiasm, even when faced with disinterest
- x2 Temporary Outbound Customer service/sales representatives
- Location: Northshore
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM
- Pay:$26.44 per hour + 8% holiday pay
- Assignment Duration: Starting on Monday 21st October - 31st january
