• Residential and Commercial Roof Spraying Skills
• Brush and Roll Techniques
• Strong Communication Skills
• Physical Stamina
• Detail-Oriented
• Ability to Lead a Small Team of Trainees
• Willingness to Stick to Specific Timeframes

To Succeed in This Role:

• Show enthusiasm and a great attitude
• Hold a Class 1 license and be able to drive a manual or automatic vehicle
• Arrive on time consistently
• Pass a drug test and a MOJ check
• Have at least 3 years of painting experience
