As a Payments Officer, you will address inquiries, enter and update invoices. A significant portion of this role involves data entry, so proficiency with the keyboard and meticulous attention to detail are essential to ensure accuracy for our customers.

Ko wai koe | About you

  • Experience in financial or administrative roles, with knowledge of invoicing processes and principles
  • Ability to prioritise, plan, and coordinate activities to meet deadlines
  • Ability to interpret contracts and regulations for accurate invoice processing
  • Collaborative working style, effective team player
  • High accuracy and attention to detail, capable of handling high volumes of data
  • communication skills to manage both inbound and outbound calls
  • Agile approach, adaptable to changing business needs
  • Proficient in technology systems and tools, in particular Microsoft software
