Job Description

Are you an experienced payroll coordinator looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Temporary Payroll Coordinator to manage high-volume processing while overseeing an automated accounts payable function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end payroll processing on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Handling payroll queries and maintaining up-to-date employee records
  • Accounts payable oversight – ensuring the smooth operation of an automated system
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless payroll and finance operations
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation and tax obligations
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in high-volume payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of New Zealand payroll legislation and tax requirements
  • Become familiar with automated accounts payable systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
