About the Role:

As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the payroll team.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
• Overseeing payroll processing, including tax and superannuation.
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifying and mitigating risks related to data integrity and compliance.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of new payroll systems.

About You:

You will have:

• Proven experience in managing a payroll team.
• Extensive experience with Oracle and Ascender payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous improvement.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
