We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our client's team. About the role | Mō te tūnga

This is a permanent, part-time position reporting to the General Manager. You will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end payroll process for both new and existing clients. As the go-to payroll expert, you’ll provide guidance and solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee the complete payroll process from start to finish
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and efficiently
  • Provide clear, accurate advice to internal team members and clients
About You | Mōku ake
  • Proven experience in payroll processing
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as Xero, iPayroll, PayHero, and MYOB
  • Knowledge of New Zealand employment laws, including the Holidays Act
