About the Company
They are a global business and one of the largest players in their field. They have a few different business units here in NZ. As a business they have a few things on the go, and they are looking for a Senior Payroller to come in and help the team for a few months due to a staff member taking unexpected leave. You will need to be able to come in and hit the ground running. They are a friendly and very supportive team.
About the position
Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for:
- Weekly and fortnightly payruns
- Entering of timesheets
- Processing of leave entitlements
- Setting up new starters
- Final pays
- Manage queries
- Any other ad hoc tasks
About you
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
- You will be an experienced Payroll Officer
- Need to have a good understanding of NZ Payroll legislation
- Exposed to large complex pay runs
- Be system savvy
