Mō te tūranga | About the role
You'll be an integral part of our collaborative and inclusive People and Advisory team. We love what we do and believe in having fun (and a few laughs) while we work. We'll value your opinion, fresh ideas, and contribution to our team while supporting you to thrive.
We have a lot on the go right now, so your days will be busy! You'll work closely with the Business Partners, Senior Adviser and Coordinator, and look after a variety of generalist people related activities. You will coordinate improvements and ensure consistency across our People and Capability processes and practices. You will also support the operational and compliance perspective of our Health and Safety programme. This will include coordinating H&S Representative meetings, overseeing incidents and accidents, supporting ACC interactions, and contributing to the H&S Board report.
The indicative salary range for this role is $81,494 - $95,876 plus 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects their individual skills, experience, and internal relativities across the organisation.
