Are you a passionate HR professional looking for a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, innovative, and fast-paced environment? We are seeking a People & Culture Advisor to join our client’s team in the Hawkes Bay.

About the Role:

As a key player in the People & Culture team, you will be responsible for supporting both domestic and international operations. With a focus on supporting a portfolio that includes produce operations and international sales, you’ll be involved in providing advice and guidance across the full remit of HR functions, from employee relations and variation letters to creating remuneration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide generalist HR support, including handling day-to-day inquiries through the ticketing system
  • Support managers and employees with HR related queries, ER issues, and industrial relations
  • Collaborate with the HRBP to align on HR initiatives, offering support in areas like engagement and development
  • Help managers upskill and understand what “good” HR looks like, to continue building a trusted business partnership
  • Support the business’s ambitious growth strategy, particularly as they scale internationally

About You:

  • You have a strong generalist HR background, ideally with some experience in Employee Relations
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • You can take initiative and have the resilience to stay on top of tasks, even when things get busy
  • You’re someone who can work autonomously, but knows when to collaborate with the team, especially when working with senior leaders and managers
  • You’re adaptable, able to navigate change, and excited to be part of a high-growth strategy with global impact

What You’ll Get:

  • A unique opportunity to work in one of the largest and most innovative operations in the Southern Hemisphere
  • A chance to make a meaningful impact on a growing international business
  • Close collaboration with an experienced, supportive team, including an HRBP and HR Advisor
  • True flexible and hybrid working environment
