What will you be doing | Ngā whainga 

We are seeking a highly motivated, engaging and proactive People Coordinator to join our People and Corporate Affairs team on a part-time basis. You will work closely with the People Advisory Manager to ensure the communication and data flow is accurate and efficiently handled across the people function while supporting with people-related administration and coordination. You will manage sensitive people data, handle employee documentation in our systems and support with onboarding/offboarding processes as required.

What you will need | Ngā pūkenga mō tēnei tūranga

  • 3 years + previous experience in a people coordination or people administration role in a fast-paced organisation
  • Understanding of HR fundamentals including people life cycle
  • Experience working with global people system and finance system, preferably BambooHR and Oracle
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
  • A high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and adaptability.
  • Strong organisational and people skills
