        About the Role

        This position exists to provide high quality administrative support to the Perioperative Service Manager and Perioperative Leadership team ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

        • Providing accurate and confidential administration support to the clinical leadership of the Perioperative Department. Building positive working relationships
        • Key role – Oracle FPIM procurement process and financial systems
        • Perioperative stock inventory management – inwards, outwards goods.
        • Producing regular and ad-hoc data and reporting
        • Working collaboratively with other executive support staff to ensure best practice and consistency
        • Meeting management and note/minute taking

        About you

        Essential

        • Education and Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 NCEA or equivalent
        • Experience: At least 3 years administrative level experience
        • Knowledge and Skills: Excellent knowledge of administration policies, systems and procedures
        • High degree of knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite including advanced knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, email and calendar

        Desirable

        • Experience: Supplies management –inwards/outwards goods.
        • Knowledge and skills: Graphics and presentation packages. Able to edit written document, correcting grammatical mistakes and logic.
        • Experience within the health sector
        • Knowledge of Oracle –FPIM system
