Job Description

Responsible for driving sales growth throughout the Waikato region while maintaining an existing client portfolio.

Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: Open to negoation & (uncapped commission plan)

Summary

Drake Hamilton is looking to add another consultant to work on our permanent desk. This branch looks after one of the largest territories in the country, so this role is not for the faint-hearted!

As a Permanent Consultant, you'll be running your desk very much like your own business. As well as the general leads that come through from the business, you will also be doing regular business development to source new clients and new roles to work on.

You'll have the support of an experienced Branch Manager, so you'll always have someone to lean on if you need them.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and placing permanent positions across a wide range of companies and industries.
  • Developing new business and managing relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Implementing sales tatics and strategy to drive growth
  • Providing exceptional care to your clients so they keep coming back to you time and time again.

Skills and experience:

  • Strong client focus and relationship building skills.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable.
  • Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essential.
