This position is based at Hillmorton.
Role Responsibility:
As Personal Assistant (PA) to the General Manager (GM) and Operations Manager (OM), you will support the GM - s Office and Divisional Leadership Team in the following ways:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the GM and OM, including diary coordination, minute-taking, agenda preparation, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison, linking the GM - s Office with activities across various services and sites.
- Support the DLT in achieving SMHS - s strategic objectives.
- Manage communications to and from the GM - s office.
