  • Permanent part-time position (0.6), working 24 hours per week

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Physiotherapist who has experience in working in a medical or health setting. This role will provide effective and efficient physiotherapy as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Persistent Pain Management Services of the Northland community.  This role also includes facilitating and delivering the interdisciplinary pain management team educative and treatment group program for adults experiencing persistent pain in the community.

About you

  • Registered with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand (PBNZ) and holder of a current annual practicing certificate.
  • At least 3 years' post-graduate Physiotherapy experience 
  • Clinical experience in a medical or health setting
  • Ability to work independently as well as the ability to be an excellent team player
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
  • Full Drivers Licence

 

Whilst not essential, experience in working with people experiencing acute or chronic pain and/or a Post graduate education in Pain Management is desirable.
