Are you a hands-on problem solver with strong mechanical knowledge? Do you thrive in remote environments, making things work with limited resources? Our client needs a Parts Managers / Plant Manager with proven experience in the administration of civil fleet management. This is a long-term contract, working across multiple nations in Oceania. A successful candidate would be working alongside an established team maintaining and managing a fleet of civil plant.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Civil Plant Manager to oversee and maintain our client’s fleet of machinery and equipment. This is a hands-on, technical role requiring expertise in plant machinery, part procurement, and fleet operations. Experience with inventory management, procurement, and fleet management technologies is highly desired. While this is not a management role initially, there is potential for career growth for the right candidate.

Requirements:

  • Ability to pick up new processes and software’s
  • A strong knowledge of machine parts and part procurement
  • Ability to make things work with limited resources
  • 2+ years’ experience in fleet management
  • 4+ years in technical vehicle and plant maintenance
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Suite and fleet management programs.
  • Citizen or Permanent Residency in NZ
  • Valid Passport
