The role

We are looking for an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant passionate about supporting Māori aspirations. This role will allow you to contribute to the growth of organisations guided by tikanga Māori and committed to the well-being of their people.

You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional recruitment services while honouring the values and needs of both candidates and clients through a Māori-centric approach. With a deep understanding of te ao Māori, you will work at the senior executive level to help organisations make high-quality Māori executive appointments

Requirements

• A strong desire to help Māori succeed, backed by recent experience as a Principal Recruitment Consultant.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven track record of successful delivery as a Recruitment Consultant.
• A high level of drive and an outstanding work ethic.
• A commitment to success and contributing to the bigger picture.
• An in-depth understanding of te ao Māori me ōna tikanga is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in te reo Māori is a distinct advantage but not essential.
