You will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure production targets are met, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and managing the night shift team, ensuring production targets are met
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and driving team performance
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Developing and coaching team members to enhance their skills
- Maintaining high-quality production standards and meeting customer expectations
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role
- Passion for developing and managing a team
- Experience in a continuous improvement environment
- Strong people and line management skills
- Intermediate PC skills (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
