Job Description

We are looking for somebody who is confident and experienced in adminstration and production planning processes. Must have proven experience and references

 

Your duties will include but are not limited to the below;

  • Processing bookings and coordinating dates accordingly
  • Finalizing bookings
  • Creating, updating and maintaining spreadsheets 
  • Managing and distributing weekly reports 
  • Scheduled checking in with clients\contractors 
  • Answering general phone inquiries 
  • Assisting with general office admin duties 

 

Our ideal candidate;

  • Comfortable working in a team 
  • Tidy personal presentation
  • Some understanding of the building\construction industry - not essential 
  • Immediate starts are available for the right person

 

There are options for full time and part time roles in this area, part time 9- 2 Monday to Friday, full time 7-4 Monday to Friday
