About the role

In this fast-pace role, you will be a central hub and coordinator between our project team, clients, councils, consultants and subcontractors to help deliver project tendering and delivery. Your meticulous eye for detail will help the right information be in the right hands at the right time. You will enjoy making peoples day easier, catching problems before they happen and generally making everything work like a well-oiled machine

About you

  • Comprehensive civil based project administration experience with the ability to concurrently manage the coordination of several projects
  • Ability and confidence to work with multi-disciplinary teams including clients, consultants, councils, subcontractors and project teams
  • Positive and professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of people
  • Excellent time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse project coordination tasks and refine processes to optimise and enhance project delivery
  • Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite
