About the Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will provide seamless administrative and coordination support to the Project Management Office (PMO). You will be responsible for tasks ranging from setting up and managing projects in the project management system to resource capacity planning and reporting. This position involves supporting multiple projects in various stages, requiring resilience, adaptability, and exceptional organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track project deliverables, ensuring adherence to plans, deadlines, and standards.
  • Manage and update project activities, actions, and responsibilities in the project management system.
  • Collaborate with employees and contractors to monitor progress and address challenges.
  • Assist in creating Statements of Work and budget documents, supporting approval processes.
  • Maintain capacity planning, resource allocation, and project tracking.
  • Provide project status updates to clients and internal management.
  • Manage administrative functions such as timesheets, meeting minutes, and monthly invoicing processes.
What You Bring:
  • Experience: 2-3 years in project administration/coordination, preferably in IT project delivery.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, understanding of project management methodologies, and experience with tools such as SharePoint, Jira, or similar.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks with professionalism.
