Te Haeata/The Opportunity
We currently have three Project Coordinator positions available, one which will be focused on supporting the Change team and two that will be supporting the delivery squads.
The Project Coordinators ensure the day-to-day activities of each programme workstream are coordinated and supported to the agreed level and within scope. You will work as part of a wider programme coordination team in a changing and developing environment.
As Project Coordinator you will work closely with the relevant team to help support programme workstream deliverables, planning, reporting and logistics. You will be involved with the day-to-day management of programme registers, schedules, progress tracking, budgeting and reports. Your focus will be on achieving excellence in project coordination and best practice procedures and processes, to ensure agreed outputs are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard.
Ō pūkenga /Skills and Experience
To be successful in this position you will have:
- experience as a project coordinator in a project environment with multiple workstreams
- proactive and highly organised with ability to take initiative and work independently
- effective interpersonal skills with proven experience managing and maintaining professional relationships
- strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in governance processes, and delivering clear and concise reporting
- experience using Microsoft products, specifically Project and Azure DevOps.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The salary range for this role is between $73,634 and $100,846, with the likely appointing salary between $73,634 and $94,591, based on skills and experience.
