- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Proven local experience in electrical engineering and installation practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Practical, hands-on experience in electrical engineering and fieldwork is highly preferred.
