Duties include:
- Subcontractor and Supplier Management
- Set project estimates for resource use and cost, manage the project to meet or exceed margins / profit.
- Ensure jobs are carried out to job specifications, company policies and relevant legislation, codes and regulations.
- Maintain customer / client relationships and find innovative ways to add value to our customers and meet expectations
- Prepare a specific programme to achieve the construction dates and milestones
- Lead and maintain health and safety protocols
- Manage key stakeholder engagement
- Manage and develop internal capability
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager within the commercial space
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Ability to use relevant computer software
