The role
We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong background from a main contractor (1st or 2nd tier) in the commercial sector. Applicants with a track record of delivery in projects in the NZ market is essential. Chances to join this company at this level are rare, this is your chance to take your Project Management career to the next level.

Experience required:

  • Solid experience of 6-8 years+ working in project management – we are looking for candidates capable of taking projects from development to handover
  • An in depth understanding on contractual facets of construction – especially NZ3190
  • A proven delivery record of leading projects to successful outcomes
  • You must be able to produce detailed reports on the progress of construction as well as use your superb communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent leadership and relationship building experience
  • Hold a relevant tertiary education (BE, BConst or NZCE etc.)
