Please note: New Zealand work experience in commercial construction and/or interior fit-out is essential to be considered for this position.

Experience required:
- Solid experience of 4 years+ working in project management – we are looking for candidates capable of taking projects from development to handover
- An in-depth understanding on contractual facets of construction, namely NZS3190
- Able to reading and interpret drawings
- Proficient in developing construction methodology and completing a construction programme
- Involvement in the tender process from design review to submission and winning a project
- Leading an ECI process when and where relevant
- Monitoring budgets
- Health, Safety and Environmental Management
- Ability to lead one or more projects concurrently, depending on size and value
- Client relationship management
- Managing the completion of a project to get CCC
- Hold a relevant tertiary education (BE, BConst or NZCE etc.)
