Job Description

The project is a $30m New Build Commercial healthcare related project in central Auckland, the construction programme has already been drawn up, however the new incoming PM can review and amend if required.

Applicants must have a solid background in Project Management of construction projects over $20m in New Zealand, coupled with with strong tenures of employment. At least 4-5 years experience in a PM position is essential. The delivery PM will be overseeing the project and site team, made up of Project and Site Engineers, the QS and Site Manager.

Essential skills and experience required:
- 4-5 years Construction Project Management experience gained in New Zealand with a main contractor
- Track record of delivering projects over $20m
- Precast concrete structures building experience
- M&E services programming, co-ordination and installation
- Client relationship management

Any healthcare experience (Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories etc) will be highly beneficial due to amount of M&E services going into the building. Alternatively, any manufacturing, processing or industrial experience is also helpful. If you also have experience of handling civil works (piling), that is also advantageous.
