Project Manager

Remarkable People are looking for an experienced residential or Commercial Site Manager and Project Manager to join an established team in Queenstown.
  
The role will include leading a team of Carpenters, labourers and trade partners on site, whilst working with a Quantity Surveyors on Residential and Commercial projects. 
  
Role Description:

• Planning and managing all areas of the construction project
• Leading and managing Health & Safety in all aspects 
• Leading cost control and budget reporting
• Meeting Key Performance Objectives of the project
• Focus on quality and sustainability
• Construction duties if and when required, and compliance to policies, procedures, relevant building codes
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to maintain a high service quality

Role Requirements:

• Familiarity with using project management software
• Must have relevant NZ or AUS project management experience
• Proven planning & program management experience
• High-end Residential & commercial experience
• Experience in leading and managing crew of construction and trade teams
• Excellent communication skills 
• Finance and budgeting skills
