Job Description

This leading main contractor is looking to hire a delivery focused Project Manager for a very interesting new build project. The employer has a strong history of delivering high quality, high value projects for nearly 30 years across the commercial and interior fit-out sectors. The company have a systematic corporate structure which provides reliable and effective processes, enabling them to meet and exceed the expectations of their clients.

Applicants must have a solid background in Project Management of construction projects over $20m in New Zealand, coupled with with strong tenures of employment. At least 4-5 years experience in a PM position is essential. The delivery PM will be overseeing the project and site team, made up of Project and Site Engineers, the QS and Site Manager.

Essential skills and experience required:
- 4-5 years Construction Project Management experience gained in New Zealand with a main contractor
- Track record of delivering projects over $20m
- Precast concrete structures building experience
- Client relationship management
