Grada Recruitment is working with a busy Civil contractor looking for an experienced Civil PM to lead a multi-stage project in a supportive and collaborative working enviroment where everyone gets involved!
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be leading a diverse team of engineers and field staff cultivating a safe and positive working enviroment while also being tasked with making sure the work is delivered on time and within budget to the highest standards possible. You are expected to provide detailed reporting to both internal and external stakeholders and uphold the company's values of hard work and quality results. You will need a strong background in bulk earthworks and subdivisional projects to help support the growth of this team.

The Ideal Candidate
- A tertiary qualification in Civil or Geo-technical Engineering
- 7+ years experience within the land development sector
- Previous experience planning and scheduling workloads and crews
- Fantastic understanding of the New Zealand H&S rules and regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
