The Role:
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead a major solar Tracker System project in Christchurch, driving performance, managing teams, and ensuring successful, on-time delivery while exceeding customer expectations.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute project strategy to meet performance goals.
• Manage customer relationships and communication.
• Organize and lead project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor KPIs and take actions to maintain financial, quality, and safety standards.
• Implement quality and HSE plans, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
• Manage contracts, claims, risks, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and timely project completion.

What You Need:

• Must have at least 5 years Solar project experience or experience on a 50mw + project
• 12+ years in electrical / renewable energy projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record in large-scale EPC solar projects is advantageous
