The Role:
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead a major solar Tracker System project in Christchurch, driving performance, managing teams, and ensuring successful, on-time delivery while exceeding customer expectations.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute project strategy to meet performance goals.
- Manage customer relationships and communication.
- Organize and lead project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor KPIs and take actions to maintain financial, quality, and safety standards.
- Implement quality and HSE plans, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.
- Manage contracts, claims, risks, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and timely project completion.
What You Need:
- Must have at least 5 years Solar project experience or experience on a 50mw + project
- 12+ years in electrical / renewable energy projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record in large-scale EPC solar projects is advantageous
