Job Description

We are working with a leading commercial interiors consultancy to source a Preconstruction Project Manager for a high-profile position based in the Auckland CBD.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a key leadership role at the front-end of multi-million-dollar, high-end interior projects – shaping the vision, managing the early stages, and helping bring complex design-led spaces to life.

Desired Experience
• Extensive experience in commercial interior fit-out, ideally on projects over $15M+
• Preference for those with client-side or consulting PM experience
• Background in spatial design, architecture, or interior design (highly advantageous)
• Strong knowledge of preconstruction processes – programming, budgeting, design management
• Client-facing, proactive, and highly organised
• Ability to manage consultants, coordinate with design teams, and align early works with client vision
