Mō te tūnga - About the role:

As a Tenancy Administrator, you will be providing a range of administrative, coordination and customer service support to internal teams and clients daily.
These roles are available due to growth within the business.

Key details include:

  • Approx. 3 months with potential to extend
  • 8.30 – 5pm OR 8 – 4.30pm Monday to Friday
  • Based 100% IN office in Great South Road, Ellerslie
  • Must have Full New Zealand Driver Licence (as you will be required to drive company vehicles to sites around Auckland)
  • Must hold NZ/Australian Citizenship or Residence
  • Identify with Māori - Tikanga, Te Reo, culture  
Day to day you may be:
  • Providing administration and coordination support to tenancy managers
  • Answer queries from current or prospectus tenants
  • Booking property viewings or processing tenancy documents
  • Assisting with lodging repairs or maintenance
  • Updating internal systems with information
  • Coordinating tenancy administration
  • Driving company fleet vehicles to run site errands/pick-ups/drop offs

  • Identify with Māori (Tikanga, Te Reo, culture)  
  • Must hold Full New Zealand Driver License
  • Must hold NZ or Australian Citizenship/Residence
  • Previous office administration experience
  • Thrive in a fast-paced role juggling priorities
  • Enjoying learning and working within computer systems
  • You are empathetic but also resilient
  • Clear NZ MOJ/Security clearance – we will conduct these checks closer to selection stage, but they’re required due to the nature of the organisation
