The Role:
  
As a Property Manager, your role is key to the continued success of the business.  Focusing on building relationships with tenants and owners, you’ll manage your own property portfolio while working collaboratively within the team to ensure seamless portfolio management and growth.
  
Responsibilities:  

  • Respond to enquiries from prospective residential tenants and landlords
  • Appraise and market properties, attend viewings and thoroughly screen potential tenants
  • Prepare tenancy documentation including, leasing and renewal documentation etc.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a property portfolio including maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct property inspections and maintain records to ensure compliance  

Experience:  

  • Experience within a professional residential property management business is essential
  • Exceptional customer service, communication and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem solving skills and resilience
  • A high standard of personal presentation
  • Full driver’s licence
