The Role:
As a Quality Manager, Ground Mount Solar PV Projects, you will play a crucial role in
ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, conducting
inspections, and collaborating with various stakeholders to guarantee the successful delivery of
ground-mounted solar photovoltaic projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) for the solar PV projects.
- Conduct inspections and testing of installations, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain records and generate reports on quality performance.
- Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality expectations.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Provide training on quality procedures to the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in quality management (Solar or Construction industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in quality management (ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is a plus.
