We are looking for an experienced Quarry Manager to operate and manage a quarry site in Kaikoura, ensuring compliance and efficiency of the site with expertise to keep everything running smoothly.
Duties
- Supervision of quarry operations
- Leadership of quarry and staff to meet production targets
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations
- Oversee maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Train & support staff
- Coordinate with suppliers and other contractors
- Maintain records and reporting on production and site activities
Skills and Experience
- Certification level qualified or Grade A/B Quarry Manager - beneficial or experience in quarrying, mining or a similar industry
- 3+ years of experience
- Class 4 Licence
- W, T, R Endorsements in NZ
- Strong leadership skills with knowledge of HSE regulations
