Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Neuro and Head and Neck Radiologist to join our Radiology department here at Waikato Hospital.
Day to day you will be interpreting and reporting imaging studies including CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray and MRI. You will be reporting a broad mix of complex clinical cases within your area of expertise. Your workload will also include general radiology and acute imaging.
You will participate in head/neck, neurology and neurosurgery multidisciplinary meetings, teach registrars, and be involved with the continual development of high standards within the department.

The Radiology Department carries out approximately 200,000 examinations each year with a major focus on Emergency and Trauma imaging and Oncology. Mōu | About you
- Experience in Neurology reporting
- Experience in Head and Neck Reporting
- Eligible for Registration as Specialist Diagnostic Radiologist with the Medical Council of New Zealand
- Subspecialty fellowship or interest in neuro-radiological imaging
